Manyana Farms (“we”, “us”) helps one grower keep plantings and QR nursery sticks straight. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Who controls your data
Manyana operates Manyana Farms. Contact: privacy@manyana.farm. If you are in the EEA/UK, we are the controller for account and garden data described here.
What we collect
Account email and optional name; authentication tokens (magic-link hashes, session cookies); garden data you enter (beds, plantings, stick IDs, notes, season settings); optional feedback you send; marketing contact-form messages (name, email, interest, message); and standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, send sign-in links, store your garden, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to feedback. We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising or third-party marketing pixels on the marketing or app sites today.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Contract (providing the garden service you request), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product reliability), and consent where required for optional communications.
Processors we use
Hosting and edge delivery (Vercel), database hosting (Neon Postgres), and transactional email (Resend) when configured. They process data only to provide those services under their terms.
Retention
We keep account and garden data while your account is active. Magic-link tokens expire within minutes and are single-use. You may request deletion of your account and associated garden data by emailing privacy@manyana.farm.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@manyana.farm. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
The app uses essential session cookies for sign-in. The marketing site does not set analytics cookies today. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
Children
Manyana Farms is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
